The Address House / Brand & website

A digital address

01 / The brief
A considered tone.
A short timescale.
The Address House needed a website that felt appropriate to a prime-London buying agency: composed, clear and easy to approach. We took the project from brief to a branded live website in 48 hours.
The short delivery window made a clear design direction particularly useful. Typography, image treatment and page hierarchy needed to work as a coherent whole.
The visible design uses a restrained parchment-and-ink register, editorial typography and space around the property imagery. The tone comes from those choices working together, rather than from a collection of luxury labels.
02 / The website
Let the visitor
find their way in.
The website introduces the agency, provides a route into its buying offer and gives the property presentation its own place. The menu and collection views help visitors move from an initial impression to the detail they want.
We kept the visual hierarchy consistent between the opening, the index and the buying pages. The job of the design is to orient the visitor while carrying the agency’s brand register through the journey.
The mobile walkthrough below shows that structure in use: the opening, the menu, the new-homes collection and the buying page. It records the delivered interface rather than a proposed mockup.
03 / From brief to live
A clear address
for the business.
The finished website gives the agency a branded digital address and a way for interested visitors to explore its offer and make contact.
The useful combination is pace with a coherent result. The project did not need to look hurried simply because its delivery window was short.
