A wholesale brand,
dressed for every season.

A Shopify experience and an ongoing programme of campaign creative for boutique buyers.

Project
Initial programme: September–December 2025 · seasonal work continuing into 2026
Our role
Shopify redesign & rebuild · creative production · Meta management · store operations
The Kurt Muller Shopify storefront with its navigation, seasonal banner and product presentation
Shopify storefront: brand presentation and commerce in one view. A recorded example from the delivered work.

Build around
the wholesale buyer.

Kurt Muller is a Manchester womenswear wholesaler. Its online store serves people buying stock for their own businesses, bringing a different buying context from a consumer fashion shop.

We redesigned and rebuilt the Shopify store and refreshed the brand presentation. Catalogue work, product uploads and imagery were part of the same programme, so the storefront and the material drawing people towards it could work together.

The scope extended beyond a homepage treatment. We worked on how products were presented and how the store was managed as new stock and campaigns arrived.

Give the season
a coherent voice.

The paid-social programme covered September–October and the Black Friday period through November 2025. We developed the campaign creative and managed the Meta activity alongside organic posting.

A 30-day organic programme used a three-Reels-per-day schedule. Paid creative, social edits, product imagery and the storefront each had a role within that wider body of work.

Product-led fashion imagery included AI-assisted production. The aim was a consistent presentation of the garments across the places buyers encountered them.

Keep the store
and the content moving.

We supported store management, product uploads and email campaigns, with monthly reporting to make the activity visible to the client.

The relationship continued into a seasonal banner programme, with desktop and mobile versions prepared for the places the work would appear. Product selection and presentation changed with the season while the brand remained coherent.

That ongoing work matters to the story. The Shopify build, campaign activity and content production were parts of a connected engagement, with continued delivery after the initial campaign period.

Separate the measures.
Keep the context.

Seasonality and the simultaneous store, creative and marketing work matter when interpreting these figures. We do not assign the sales change to one advert, banner or design decision.
