Before you ring
The book
Choose a service and the diagram shows the part of the head it covers. Half head is not half price, because it is not half the work — it is the top, the crown and the sides, and it takes two and a half hours.

The rule beside each time is that service’s length drawn to scale — the longest here is the full head of lights, at three hours fifteen. Pick as many as you want: the times add up the way the salon adds them, not the way a calculator does.
An example appointment
One chair, one visit — start to finish.
Cut after colour: 45 min, not 60.
Every colour service includes the toner, the bond treatment and a finish. There is no upcharge at the desk.
These are the prices, not a starting point. If your hair is long or very thick we will say so at the consultation and give you the number before we start, not after. Four hours is the longest we will keep anybody in a chair; past that we split it over two visits.

Sixteen chair-hours
Two chairs, open eight hours on a Tuesday. Sixteen chair-hours is the whole capacity of this business — there is no third chair and, as the plan shows, nowhere to put one.
No music you have to shout over.
Nobody is being finished off in the corner while your colour develops, because there is nowhere to put them. It is why the times on this page are the real ones — we would rather turn a Saturday slot down than run forty minutes late into somebody else’s afternoon.
If you would rather not talk, say so when you ring or tick the box on the consultation card. It is a normal thing to ask for and it changes nothing about the haircut.

Two chairs, and you can ask for either. The consultation happens before anything is mixed or wet, and it is where the number on this page either gets confirmed or gets changed — out loud, before we start.

The consultation card
Half the people reading this are on a phone at ten at night, when there is nobody here to answer. This is the card a colourist fills in before anything is mixed — fill it here and the consultation starts where it would have finished. We come back to you the next morning we are open.
