Fulcrum Book the table

Sports massage · Stretford

Find where it
actually pulls.

One room, one table, one pair of hands that treat the thing you came in with — not a spa menu. Thirty, forty-five or sixty minutes on the clock, priced by the clock, booked on this page.

The terms are on the page before you book — the 48-hour rule, what to wear, what a first session looks like. No surprises at the door, and no app between you and the diary.

What is on the certificate

Level 5 Sports Massage & Remedial Therapy The clinical qualification, not the weekend certificate — two years, assessed casework, taught anatomy.

FHT member · fully insured Federation of Holistic Therapists register, professional and public liability held — the boring paperwork, held anyway.

Rocktape FMT certified Taping that holds a session's work in place for the days after — included in the hour when it helps, never sold as an extra.

The prices

Same table, same hands. You're choosing minutes.

There's one service here: clinical soft-tissue work on the thing that hurts. The only decision is how long we get — so that's the only thing the price list asks you.

Book this if: it's your first time here, or the problem has been around longer than a month.

Book 60 minutes

Talk — range, strength, history Work — hands on the tissue Reset — off the table, dressed, notes started

First visit? Book the hour. The first fifteen minutes are assessment — range, strength, where it actually pulls rather than where it hurts — and squeezing that into 30 minutes shortchanges the treatment. The page will nudge you the same way below.

The room's day

One room means the diary is the truth.

No double-booking, no "the therapist is running behind" — there's one table, and its day is drawn here to scale, eight in the morning to eight at night. Book below and your block is inked into it at its real length.

The fifteen minutes after every session are not padding. That is when the notes get written and the table gets changed, and it is why the person after you starts on time. A diary with no gaps in it is a diary that runs late by three.

  • Booked. A treatment on the table, drawn at its length.
  • Open. Long enough for the session printed in it.
  • The room's own time. Notes, table change, lunch.
  • Closed. Wednesdays run late, Saturdays start early.
  • Taped. Two sessions today included taping — it is in the hour, not on the bill.

One room, one table — a late cancellation is an empty afternoon, not a rescheduled one. That is the whole reason for the 48-hour rule, and it is easier to see than to read.

Drawn to scale: one minute is one unit, top to bottom, all twelve hours.

Book the table

Minutes, day, time. Done.

Three choices and the terms up front — the 48-hour rule is printed before the minutes are, on purpose, and the block beside them draws exactly what it protects.

How long do we get?

One question first: is this your first visit? First visits book the hour — the assessment needs the room.

Before you pick — the one rule that matters: move or cancel up to 48 hours ahead, free, every time, no reason needed.

Inside 48 hours the session is charged in full — one room and one pair of hands means an empty slot can't be given to anyone on that notice. The block beside this is what you are holding. Agreeing to the time is agreeing to this.

Which day?

Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings. A struck-through day is fully booked.

Wear: shorts for legs, a vest or sports bra for shoulders and back — whatever lets us reach the muscle without ceremony.

Arrive: five minutes early on a first visit; on the dot any other time. The gap before you is someone else's notes being written.

The hands

Priya Kaur, and no one else.

Eleven years of soft-tissue work: six with a rugby league academy, five in this room. Level 5 Sports Massage & Remedial Therapy, FHT-registered, and the Rocktape FMT certification that makes the three cuts alongside a treatment rather than a decoration.

What that buys you is boring and priceless: the same person who assessed you treats you, remembers you, and writes your notes. No handovers, no "who did you see last time?"

  • Honest scope. Suspected tears, nerve pain, anything that needs a scan — you'll be told to see a physio or a GP, in plain words, at no charge for the telling.
  • Notes that follow you. Every session ends with two minutes of what was found, what was done, what to do before next time.

Sore is normal, wrecked is not

Deep work can leave twenty-four to forty-eight hours of bruised-feeling muscle. Anything sharper than that — nerve pain, pins and needles, a joint that will not take weight — you message, and it gets looked at before the next session.

Pressure goes to tolerance, not past it

"No pain, no gain" is how untrained hands hide bad work. You are asked where the line is at the start and checked against it during, and the line is yours to move in either direction.
